1. Do I need to create account to order?
No. Ordering is fast and simple. You can order as guest. You will be given a choice to create account after completing the order. Having an account will ensure you receive our promotion emails.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Simply send us an email with your request.
3. Can I return the product?
Because most of our products are perishable, we do not accept return. However, if the recipient is not satisfied with product or service quality, please send us an email and we will gladly issue full refund.
4. How soon do I need to order?
Each product type has different advanced order requirement. Details under 'Order in advance' feature on the product page.
5. Are there any extra fees?
No tax. No delivery fee. No extra fees. The product price is all you pay.
6. What are the payment methods?
We accept Paypal and credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
7. How do I know my information is secure?
We do not store your credit card information. Also, we offer secure shopping with SSL security certificate. Please note that when you check out, our website address changes to https:// with the 's' indicating secure connection. Also, you can verify our SSL security connection by clicking on the 'SECURED' lock sign at bottom of website.
8. Where do you deliver to?
At this point, to ensure quality of product and delivery service, we only deliver to Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon). We will deliver to other southern provinces in the near future.
9. Do I get delivery confirmation email?
Yes. We will send you an email once your gift has been delivered.
10. Do I get a photo of the delivery?
Yes. With recipient's permission, we take photo of them and your gifts upon delivery and email you the photo. We provide this extra service at no cost when you select 'Request photo of recipient' option on product page. Although we cannot guarantee this service for all orders during busy days, so far, we have managed successfully for all orders. Here are some delivery photos.
If your order has been fulfilled and you have not received photo of delivery, most likely the recipient has declined to be photographed. We cannot guarantee this service for all orders during a holiday such as Women's day or Valentine but we will try our best. In any case, if you wonder about not receiving the photo, feel free to contact us and we will, as always, reply your email promptly.
